• In addition to the final price calculated, there will be a charge of US$ 88,00 for a minimum obligatory consumption of electricity (1kva).
• For corner booths and stands accesible at both sides, a surcharge of US$ 51,00 will be made, for each corner.
• These prices may vary depending on exchange rates. Exchange rate September 2008 – 1.78 R$ to 1.00 US$.
Modality 1 – Free Area modality
Main characteristics: — exhibitors rent the space and they are responsible for the assembly of their booth, as well as for the decoration, maintenance and for taking them down.
Modality 2 – Free Area plus Basic Assembly
The space rented and the basic assembly of the booth will be provided for the exhibitors, with the following specifications: — 10cm tall wooden floor. Structure in aluminum, octanorm system with closure in white, 2.2 meters tall melaminic laminated (TS) panels. Gray carpet coating applied on the floor —. Installation of 1 light support (incandescent lamp) at every 3 square meters of assembly + 1 220 W plug per booth. — Furniture: one table and three chairs. — Identification signs structured in aluminum, octanorm system with a PVC sign closure + vinyl cover in black. Quantity: 1 simplified name at the front.
Free Space + Basic B (**)
For booths of not less than 16m2. Together with the basic Assembly/Erection package, the following items will be provided:
a 2mx2m, octanorm system, with clear glass at the upper section; a 1,05m high x 50cm wide oktanorm counter – with lockable doors, bearing the logo, instead of the company name, on the header board display .

Free Space + Basic C(***)
For booths of not less than 12m2. Together with the basic Assembly/Erection package, the following items will be provided:
a 1 mx1 m locker; low cupboard with a shelf and lockable door; bearing the logo, instead of the company name, on the header board display .
Method of payment
The space contracted, basic and special assembly/erection can be paid in monthly installments, with the final payment due up to 30.04.09.
Space reservations
To reserve a space at the exhibition a down payment of 10% of the total amount contracted must be made.
